Q. What websites can Mikke Japan purchase from?
We can purchase from any Japanese website which is set up as a shopping website specifically.
Even if it is not possible to use a “shopping cart” system to purchase items, we also offer a service to order mail-order items.
We will charge you the special commission for your shopping with the personal site like Dojin-site.
In this case, the minimum commission will be 1,050 yen not 700 yen.
If for some reason it is not possible to place an order for an item online, then we can go to the shop and purchase it for you also! But it

We can go and purchase an item at convenience store nearby our office such as seven-eleven, lawson and familymart if you want.
Q. How can I get you to combine the purchase of my items?
We hold your items for one month in maximum after arriving an item then, please send us a shipping request from My page.
The items arrived will be combined automatically.
If you purcahse items from multiple shops, we can combine all the items, and ship them in one package to save the international shipping cost.
We will pack the items carefully and will use sturdy cardboard box to avoid the damage in transit.
You can add your request about shipment from a shipping request sheet such as choosing your shipping method, sending an item with 2-3 days or a week intervals.
Q. How can I order from two or three different shops at once?
Please use multiple shopping order sheet.
Basically, one shopping order sheet is for one shop but it doesn’t matter combined pre-order and available item included.
In that case, the order cofirmation will be separated since those release date are different whch means you will need a commission for each order confirmation,
but the required Bank Transfer Fee will be charged only one time.
Regarding the shopping from Amazon Market Place
When you buy items from Amazon Market Place, we will consider each orders as individual separated orders.
Q. Are there any items that I am not allowed to buy?
There are items it is not possible to purchase.
Various banned items we see include dangerous goods, plants, meat, items banned by the Japanese Govt., adult goods, items with high pressure air and items banned under the Washington protocol.
The above items and other banned items may be subject to an export ban by Japanese customs.
Please check carefully before bidding on your items to ensure they are not banned items.
We are not able to refund or cancel any of these items once you have already won or purchased the item.
Please ensure that you check the import restrictions for your own country also before placing your bid.
Q. How do I order this item?
After deciding the item you want to order, please put its URL in the following shopping order form:

BUT, at the very beginning please register to become our member because the shee is in your “My page”.
You need FULL deposit which is the price of item only at the same time.
You don’t have to worry about a paypal remittance fee.
When we receive money from customers, receiving fee (around 3.2%) will be deducted by PayPal.
But we don’t charge you for it. We will cover the receiving fee.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
Sorry, We are not able to refund or cancel any of these items once you have already won or purchased the item.
Q. Can I buy a pre-order item?
Yes, we can only if you make shopping deposit at first.
If it is cancelled by the shop, we will refund your money soon and no charge within 60 days.
Q. How can I cancel my order?
With purchasing items through a proxy service, unfortunately cancellations, returns, exchanges and compensation claims are generally not possible.
However, there may be times when the seller shall accept such claims. Only in such cases can we deal with the return, cancellation, exchange or compensation of your items.
If you require any of these then please let us know.
Q. How much is a Bank Transfer Fee?
It is flat 250 yen but some shops have no choice except C.O.D. of which price is basically over 250 yen. In this case, we will charge actual C.O.D. fee.
when an order confrimation is separated more than two in a same shop, we will charge it only one time.
However, C.O.D. fee is exception and charged per order.
Q. Can you check my items when it arrives at your warehouse?
Yes, this is an optional service.
Please check the box of a request of checking service in your shopping and auction order sheet.

These are our checking list.
Within the check service, our staff shall judge whether :
1. The item has arrived as per the item picture.
2. There is any difference between the received item and the item on the pictures

3. The size is correct as per the item description
4. The color is correct as per the item description
5. The quantity is correct as per the item description

Q. Can I keep the store’s receipt?
Unfortunately, we will hold this receipt and don’t give it to you.

Q. Do you accept a large quantity of items at once?
It’s acceptable but depends on an item because we need to check its stock to the shop.
We can discount it for you if negotiation could be sucessful.

【STEP1】
Please Copy and Paste the following part repeatedly in your mail when you purchase more than one item and change Item number.
Be make sure order is per shop, please do NOT mix up several shops in one order sheet. If you purchase an item from a couple of shops, you need to send two order mails.
(You cannot cancel it with any reason. Double check your order! )
【STEP2】
Please make payment via Paypal after sending your shopping order via email.
(you can just pay the total price of an item. The rest will be charged in the final invoice.)
【STEP3】
As soon as we have done your shopping, you will get the order confirmation.
(You cannot cancel it with any reason, otherwise, will charge you penalty.)
【STEP4】
You will receive the arrival notice when your item arrives at our warehouse

Please send a shipping request from a page of “SHIPPING”, then you will receive the final invoice.

Q. How can I calculate the total fee on a won item?
After you won an item, you will see the commission and domestic shipping fee on your “My page”.
However, it takes for a while to show up since we need to negotiate the seller about shipment and payment.
That means it depends on an items. For example, in case of C.O.D. , it will take time to show up because we fill out when it arrives at our warehouse.
It takes about seven to ten days.
Please don’t worry about that we will complete your auction list when sending the final invoice anyway.
Q. Do you bid on yahoo, Rakuten and Mobile auctions?
Yes, we do except Mobile auction.
Q. How can I bid on yahoo auction?
Please send us a bidding request from a bidding request sheet which is in your “My page”.
Before sending it, please ask us if you have any question, otherwise, we cannot cancel it after bidding.
You can choose sniper or timely bidding on the sheet. Basically a sniper is 6min before closing auction.
Please put the price and its quantity and click the proceed button then you can go to paypal payment page automatically.
Please make deposit on that page.
In case, more than two members bid on a same auction, the first bidder is prioritized.
If the member is outbid by someone, then any member can have a chance to bid it again.
It means we are not welcome to compete the bid between our members.
Q. Why quantity shows more than two when bidding on yahoo auction?
The seller has a several quantity of the item and you can say how many you want.
In that case, please make payment double if you want two.
For example,
If you would like to buy two tickets and 10,000 yen for each, you need to request the quantity is two and please make deposit 20,000 yen.
Q. How much is a Bank Transfer Fee?
It is a flat 250 yen and if you won a multiple order from same seller and could combine them the fee is also only 250 yen.
However, it is totally depends on the sellers rule,therefore, even if you won several items within a couple of days they don’t accept combining shipment and payment.
Then, you need to pay 250 yen per item.
We can check that by asking the seller or from the descriptions on the auction page.
If you are not goot at, please feel free to ask us BEFORE bidding. We can ask the seller with free.
Q. Why my snipe bid didn’t work though requested?
For snipe bid, we usually use the automatic bidding system of other company.
However there is possibility the bidding system may not work well when Yahoo Auction site is busy. (22:00 – 24:00 (JST) )
Therefore if the end time is during busy time, we don’t recommend you to use snipe bid.
If you request for snipe bid, we will place a bid for the auction 6 minutes before the end time.
Please note that we assume no responsibility if the bidding system won’t work properly.
We can accept your request for snipe bid as long as your bid price is more than 5,000 yen.
If you would like to snipe bid, please choose button “snipe bid” on bidding form.
Q. Can you check my item when it arrives at our warehouse?
We supply a service of checking with 100 yen per order and here is details.
These are our checking list.
Within the check service, our staff shall judge whether :
1. The item has arrived as per the item picture.
2. There is any difference between the received item and the item on the pictures

Q. What does 最低落札価格 (Reserve Price) mean?
For auctions which have a 最低落札価格 (Reserve Price) there is a certain lower limit which must be reached in order to win the item. It is not possible to see this reserve price.
For auctions which have a 最低落札価格 (Reserve Price), even if you are the highest bidder, if your bid is not over the limit, you will not be able to win the item.
Q. What is 早期終了 (Early Termination)?
When setting the auction, if the seller has noted the auction as open for 早期終了 (Early Termination), then it would be possible the end the auction early.
If you would like the seller to end the auction early, then please let us know the price you would like to offer and we shall contact the seller for you!
Q. What is 自動延長 (Automatic Extension)?
For auctions which have the 自動延長 (Automatic Extension) on them, if the highest bid increases within 5 minutes of the end of the auction,
then the auction time shall be extended for 5 more minutes. This can be repeated until no new bids are received.
Q. What is 即決価格(Buy it Now)?
For auctions which have a 即決価格(Buy it Now) feature, if you bid through our website for the Buy it Now price then we shall place your bid and the auction will end with you as the highest bidder.
Q. Does bidding request proceed timely?
No, we proceed your bidding request during business hours.
If you send us a bidding request after office hours, we will proceed it on a next day.
Please note that to make a bid request at least 3 hours before closing an auction as we cannot bid on your request in hurry.
Q. What is Bid Increment?
An additional amount you’re required to bid depends on the price of the item being auctioned.
For example, if you want an item with a current price of 16,000yen, then you must bid at least 16,500yen.
